Our target

We want everyone who screens a counterparty, reads a report or checks one to be able to do it with a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom or voice control. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, for this website (sanctix.com), the workspace (app.sanctix.com) and the public report verification pages (verify.sanctix.com).

Status: partially conformant. Most of the service meets the target; the exceptions we know about are listed below. No independent accessibility audit has been carried out yet.

How we check

  • Automated audits (Lighthouse and axe-core) of the homepage, pricing, sign-in, sign-up and the workspace overview, at phone and desktop sizes. Every failing audit from the last review was fixed.
  • Built in: a skip link on every page, labelled landmarks and form fields, a visible focus ring, text contrast of at least 4.5:1, and animations that stop when your system asks for reduced motion.

We have not yet tested the service with screen-reader users or run full keyboard-only walkthroughs of every workflow; that is the next step.

Known limitations

  • PDF reports are not tagged PDFs. The text can be selected and read aloud, but a screen reader gets no headings, table structure or reading order. The same report is available as a web page in the workspace and on its verification page; ask us if you need it in another format.
  • Charts show values on hover only. The workspace activity chart and a report's match-source chart have no table equivalent yet. The underlying records are listed as text (a report's hit list, the Reports register and its CSV export).
  • The “Featured on” badge strip on the homepage scrolls. It pauses while you hover or focus it and stands still with reduced motion, but it has no separate pause button.
  • Third-party parts. The contact form uses a Cloudflare Turnstile check, and the API reference is rendered by Scalar; we don't control their accessibility. If the check blocks you, email us instead (address below).

Tell us about a problem

If something on Sanctix is hard or impossible to use, email support@sanctix.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. It helps to include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and any assistive technology you use.
