Batch screening CSV format

Every accepted column header, the template file, and what blocks a batch from running.

The dashboard’s Screen page accepts a CSV, TXT, or semicolon-separated manifest — one entity per row. A download link next to the upload offers the template file sanctix-batch-template.csv, which holds exactly this header row:

Template header row
name,entity_type,dob,country,nationality,id_number

The parser accepts any of these header spellings (spaces and hyphens count as underscores):

Sent asname
Accepted headersname, entity, entity_name, full_name, subject, query, company, company_name, vessel, vessel_name
Sent asentity_type
Accepted headersentity_type, type, subject_type
Sent asdob
Accepted headersdob, date_of_birth, birth_date
Sent ascountry
Accepted headerscountry, jurisdiction, flag, flag_state
Sent asnationality
Accepted headersnationality, citizenship
Sent asid_number
Accepted headersid_number, id, passport, passport_number, national_id, registration_number, tax_id, lei, swift, bic, swift_bic, swift/bic, wallet, wallet_address, imo, imo_number
  • entity_type is person, company, or vessel — or left empty. Anything else blocks the whole batch.
  • dob: Enter a full date (YYYY-MM-DD) or a year only (YYYY). A date the parser cannot read blocks submission.
  • dob and nationality are individuals’ fields: on a company or vessel row they are not sent.
  • A file whose first row names no known column is read as headerless — one name per row, first column.
  • Rows with a blank or one-character name are skipped: not screened, not billed.

The upload help shows one fictional example row per subject type:

Example rows (fictional)
name,entity_type,dob,country,nationality,id_number
Jane Example Doe,person,1975-06-01,GB,GB,P1234567
"Example Trading Co, Ltd",company,,AE,,REG-000123
Example Carrier,vessel,,PA,,IMO 1234567

Each screened row gets its own stored report, and the batch gets its own reference page. Prefer the API? The quickstart’s batch example sends the same rows as JSON with the X-API-Key header.
