Monitoring watches names that matter — counterparties, merchants, vessels — and re-checks them against list updates. Open Monitoring in the dashboard and add an entity with its name and, optionally, a label and a country.
- Active or paused. Only active entities are re-screened. Pause one to stop its checks without losing its history; delete it to stop watching entirely.
- Check history. Every entity keeps its check history — the audit trail of what each re-screen found and when.
- Verdict-change alerts. When a monitored entity’s verdict changes, Sanctix sends an email alert and records the change in words in the Alert Inbox — for example, that an entity changed from No match found to a review tier — with a link that opens the entity in Monitoring.
- Webhooks. Register a webhook endpoint for real-time alerts (plan-gated); each check carries which lists its hits came from.
Monitoring re-screens the name as entered, so keep the entry current: if the counterparty’s details change, update the monitored entity rather than adding a duplicate.
